Yoshihiro Nishimura from Japan, had as his first artistic idol Salvador Dalí. Already in his teens he was attracted and interested in the art of the Spanish painter.
He is one of those creators who were clear about his art and the genre of terror. And since its inception, with its two short films "Paradox" (1984) and "The Face " (1985), showed its tendency to genre of terror. In 1986 he debuted with his first feature film "Seija ga machi ni yatte kita", having great acceptance in Japan. And so it has continued until our dates.
In terror, always showing an artistic atmosphere, his characteristic humor accompanies him. So their movies are terrifyingly beautiful and artistic, but something fun.
So clear is his cinematic idea, which focuses on the story and his photography, so he usually uses beginning actors, and teaches them very well what he wants.
Then, specializing in special effects, combines a terror with a photographic elegance that mark fear in its own way.
That makes him one of the greatest filmmakers from Japan and the East.
